Vini’s Party Rentals is a complete party and event rental service focused on making your event spectacular! Whether you are planning a Wedding, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, Corporate or Charity Event, Birthday Party, Family Gathering, or need rentals for any kind of event, we not only have the equipment you need, but also can help you with all our other party and event rental services.
We know all events are not created equal so to ensure you reserve the best equipment for your event, our friendly knowledgeable staff are happy to come to meet at your event site and dial in the details of your occasion. Our event rental services can include site visits, where we can help determine the best options for tenting, lighting, flooring and all other aspects to ensure your event is flawless. For large or tented events, Vini’s Party Rentals can offer you a professional PartyCAD drawing of the layout of your event. Provide us with the dimensions of your room, tent, or space and we can create a virtual model, complete with tables, chairs, staging, dance floor, and any number of accessories to complete your event.
Delivery & Pickup
Our standard delivery and pickup charge is for Monday through Saturday, 8am-5pm. However, we do understand that many locations, venues, and events do not fall within these parameters, and therefore, we do operate 24 hours 7 days a week to meet your event requirements.
Our standard delivery charges cover delivery to the event site and dropped in one specified area only. We will honor requests for AM, PM or specific delivery windows for an extra fee. All rates are determined on a per- truck basis. Additional deliveries and pickups are subject to additional charges. Deliveries, installations, and/or pickups that do not fall within our standard delivery hours (After Hours Deliveries) will be charged additional fees. Setup & Takedown
Upon delivery and/or pickup, our crew members can setup/breakdown your rental items to help make your event smoother and stress-free. Pricing varies based on the item. This setup and takedown event rental service must be arranged prior to your delivery or pickup to ensure ample time ensuring our delivery teams are able to accommodate. We look forward to helping you with set up for your next event.
For smaller and last minute orders we offer our Will Call service. Our friendly staff will assist you to load/unload your vehicle with your rental items. This service is available M-F 9:00-5:00 and Saturday 9:00 - 2:00pm.
Additional Event Rental Services
Additional labor fees apply to orders with stairs, elevators, drops more than 75 feet from delivery truck, tight or unsafe access, and multiple product placements. These charges are determined on a case-by-case basis. Fees are PER TRUCK. Large orders requiring more than one truck or crew will be charged accordingly.
