Delivery & Pick up

Our standard delivery and pickup charge is for Monday through Saturday, 8am-5pm. However, we do understand that many locations, venues, and events do not fall within these parameters, and therefore, we do operate 24 hours 7 days a week to meet your event requirements. Our standard delivery charges cover delivery to the event site and dropped in one specified area only. We will honor requests for AM, PM or specific delivery windows for an extra fee. All rates are determined on a per- truck basis. Additional deliveries and pickups are subject to additional charges. Deliveries, installations, and/or pickups that do not fall within our standard delivery hours (After Hours Deliveries) will be charged additional fees. Additional labor fees apply to orders with stairs, elevators, drops more than 75 feet from delivery truck, tight or unsafe access, and multiple product placements. These charges are determined on a case-by-case basis. Fees are PER TRUCK. Large orders requiring more than one truck or crew will be charged accordingly.


Upon delivery and/or pickup, our crew members can setup / breakdown tables and chairs for you. Pricing for this service starts at $0.50/chair and $2/table. This service must be arranged 3 days prior to your delivery day to ensure sufficient time is built into our driver’s route schedule.
